Cheeks: It not red and puffy just like its not clear.
Forehead: Pimples Everywhere. :((, I have bangs and i know it mostly because of them
Chin: a couple pimples, and theres one of those like under the skin ones every month or so. (under the skin, it hurts and u dont see it. its like a ball under ur skin)
Side Of Face: just liek red lumps.

Ok, so my face is kinda oily.

Im currently using, Clearasil ULTRA® ACNE CLEARING GEL WASH

ALSO: I WANTA USE PROACTIV BUT MY SISTER KNOWS LIKE 5 PPL WHO HAVE USED IT AND THERE FACE CLEARED UP BUT LIKE IF THEY STOPPED, THEY BROKE OUT EVEN WORSE.

I use Neutrogena. I get one zit a month now and they go away in usually a few days. Just remember to drink lots of water so that your skin is hydrated. Hope this helped

The description of your skin sounds almost identical to mine.
I've been having a God-awful time with those "under the skin" pimples on my forehead.
And on my cheeks, more around my nose, I have a mix of blackheads and pimples.

The product I've been using is the Clearasil oil free Daily Face Wash. And it's seriously made a difference in my skin. I'd say I've been using it for about two weeks.
My face has gotten a lot softer and smoother. It doesn't contain salicylic acid so it's gentle on your skin.

Believe me, my skin is like an oil-slick. I wash my face and it seems like 10 minutes later I'm staring at shine and oil all over again. But this face wash has actually tamed the oil down and helped clear a lot of my troublesome acne.

Give it a try, it's atleast worth a shot.

Don't try the proactiv. The risk seems to high. I would try Noxema it's magical. And to top it off try dabbing the zits and pimples with Absorbine Jr. It's a little cold and it stings a bit but it really works! I hope that helps.

DO NOT USE PROACTIVE! does not work!! waste of money. what i do is i go to the dermatologist and if your teeth aren't fully grown in you can't take the pills but my teeth aren't fully grown is so she give me this lotion and you put it once day like i put it on at night because when u first star to use it it kinda dries up your skin but since u kinda have oily skin don't worry about that and i sed it for like 3 months now i still have pimples but they r going away slowly but surely!!! truat me this really work just go to a dermatologist it helps 100% trust me

For proactive it depends because it works for some people but for some it doesn't work.

For a cleanser: Laneige foaming cleanser
If you use this in the morning, splash cold water on your face then pat dry with a warm facial sponge.
If you use it at night splash your face with warm water then pat it dry with a facial sponge.

Then you should use a skin refiner, this helps refine the pores

Next you should use a moisturiser, that's very importantt. You should get one that helps prevent damage to your skin.

Your cheeks could be that way because of your phone or your pillow case, so wash them every so often.

You should exfoliate once a week to remove dry skin cells!

Breakouts also can be from your digestion or your water intake, so drink plenty!

hope this helps :)
