I struggled with acne for a long time and I think that there are a few things that you can do to help. The scarring you have to put aside for now and handle awhile after you have gotten new blemishes under control. This is because most methods of scar removal would likely irritate your skin, which is likely to cause more problems.
Look at your routine...Wash your face only once a day, preferably with something that is mild and unscented. Don't shave then wash your face as it will make your face very dry. Also be very careful when you shave and don't pick your pimples. Really the less you do the better. Your routine is the biggest thing you can change on your own. Oily skin caused by your age is not really under your control and over-washing just causes irritation. Antibiotics or accutane can help but I would not take accutane again if you've already taken it, due to the potential side-effects.
Your attitude has a lot to do with it. You have to move on for your acne to move on. Sort of like that annoying attention seeker, the more you think about, touch, etc, the longer they'll stick around. Know that someday your skin will be clear and that day will arrive sooner.
