I was looking at past questions and answers to find out how i can whiten my teeth and lots of people said brush yor teeth and risnse your mouth with peroxide.
What is peroxide and where can i get it from please?

peroxide's full name is hydrogen peroxide it comes in a brownish bottle and you can pick it up at pretty much any store it should be in the drug aisle near the rubbing alcohol. Its a chemical that binds to the plack on your teeth and removes it leaving the white of the teeth exposed.

teeth whitening
brush your teeth 2wice daily for 2 minutes each or if you need then white fast brush 3 times a day
floss
mouthwash
