Make your nails a royal blue or a sparkle silver. For you accessories wear diamond (fake or real) earrings with a simple necklace that matches. Pull you hair up into a curled bun where stands fall onto your neck and sides of your face... I'm not quite sure. Or just wear your hair down and curl it.

#2 maybe a sliver polish or if you that's a little to flashy then a blue polish and well i saw the tips of your hair and it kinda looks layered so leave it down i'm sure that would look really good and accessories i would go with a nice simple neckless not an everyday neckless but something cute and simple with maybe gold bracelets. thats still simple and it would look really cute.

You could go with red nail polish and have your hair put into curls. Now with accessories you could have some simple silver or red dangle earrings and maybe a silver or red necklace. The red would offset the blue nicely. I know it's American flag colors but it goes nicely. Hope i helped.
