Hair extensions are prone to damage just like our natural hair. The difference is that they cannot repair the damage as naturally growing hair can carry out. It is very important to wash your hair and keep it clean. Hair extensions soak up the natural oils produced by the scalp and tend to become greasy. Therefore, it is your job to prevent unnecessary damage to your beautiful hair extensions by taking some hair extensions care. Moisturizing is an important part of hair extensions care. Use a good quality shampoo; wash your hair in downward motion. Before washing your hair, remove any tangles and knots present in the hair by brushing. Gently brush your hair 2 or 3 times a day. Do not use excessive blow dryers and curling irons as the heat may reduce the life of your hair extensions.
