I am going to switch my birth control Tuesday ( I have an appt.) I have searched the web tons with some info but im looking for your opinions. Maybe there is someone here who is a body builder or completes in figure. What do you use to keep a low body fat percentage, low water retention, and not gain weight.
I eat clean and work out 5+ times a week. I noticed in the past year after going off my birth control I lost a lot of excess water/fat. Upon going back on it I gained it back. I want the very tone look. I have the muscle, I am about 20% bf. Id like to be at 14-15%. I dropped to 18% while off seasonale.
