My teeth need to be pearly white as soon as possible and I need an over-the-counter solution as opposed to paying hundreds of dollars at the dentist's office.

Peroxide works pretty well. Hold in your mouth for 10 minutes then rinse it out. You can do while you shower. It also eliminates bacteria.

Crest white strips work pretty well and they cost about 27.99 see if you can find a 5.00 coupon in the Sunday paper, they usually have them in there. If your teeth are not really bad, I think it is a nice pick me up for your mouth. My teeth are pretty white, but who doesn't want an even whiter smile, so I tried them and I could tell a difference. The only thing is that if you have sensitive gums it may bother you because there is some strong peroxide foam type liquid in the strip and it tingles a bit. I see there is now a tooth whitening by Aqua fresh that one has the actual tooth tray rather then the strip, that one may be good too. Also use Crest mint white toothpaste, the picture of the toothpaste on the box is light green and white, that toothpaste is excellant, I have gotten alot of compliments on my teeth using that. Also use Literine Mouth wash.

My periodontist's dental hygenist told me this will work AND IT DID...with just one brusing...after two brushings...it was perfect...3 brushings and my teeth are whiter than snow!
Use baking soda. put a little bit of the powder on your damp tooth brush and just brush as you usually do..and poof...WHAT TEETH!
My teeth always stained very quickly with drinking tea and or eating blue berries...and i tried everything..the strips..the tooth pastes...the professional cleanings...but this works ..it really does....very inexpensively and one two three and your teeth are white..and with no damage nor causing any sensitivity to gums or teeth.

baking soda for brushing, and peroxide as a mouthwash.
mix the peroxide with water approx 5 to1 ratio as this is a whitener/bleach. do not eat for at least one hour after this treatment. I prefer the full treatment at night and just brushing with baking soda in the morning. there are also tooth past that have these same ingredients. check the shelves and look for the whitening toothpaste with baking soda and peroxide, that might be your best bet.

I'm a sporean.Actually i'm involved in a biz and is distributing toothpaste. The name of this toothpaste is CALCIUM WHITENING and is frm Japan. It has many benefits.Most importanly, it does nt contain tricolsan, a chemical which is found in toothpaste like darlie,colgate,other toothpaste tt they sell in the market. When tis chemical reacts with chlorine found in tap water, it will produce a cancer causing agent that will risk yr health. then, at the same time, removes plaque,kills bad breath, prevent gum diseases, whiten the teeth and it has a rare alkaline base of ph7.8 and above. the original price of tis toothpaste is $30 but now i'm selling it for $19. it is worth the price coz of its benefits and we have the sole distributorship in the whole of southeast asia so u can only find tis toothpaste in our company.
So, since u r finding an inexpensive to whiten yr teeth, why not give it try? i really want to benefit my consumer nt to harm my consumers. For further equiries or if u r interested in tis toothpaste or any health related products, pls call/msg mi @81611950 or add/email me @ evangeline_liew@hotmail.com.
i really hope to hear from u soon.
thx=)
