For spot treatment of acne pimples, zits, and blemishes, Clean & Clear Advantage Invisible Acne Patch was highly rated. I find that putting honey on my face several times a week, for 20 minutes + is really good for my skin. It makes it really soft and gives it a glow.
It helps heal the skin and when I have spots, they are soon gone after using honey.
Or tea tree oil regularly applied, morning and evening on the spots also works well.

Maybe you need to go to the doctor to get some special cream or tablets. I get really bad spots on my forehead which get very red and the doctor gave me some cream which completely got rid of them.
