What is this bump under my lip ring (Pic Included)?

I believe it's scar tissue. I've seen this happen to people with cartilage piercings. I'm not sure if they go away though. You should probably contact the person who pierced it.

Pop it
I get them near my nose ring
Put a pin in it
and let it ooze out,
trust me, if you dont it will end up getting bigger and bigger
and infected!
