i can't wear eyeliner or alot of eyeshadow
im tanned with dark hair and hazel eyes and makeup never looks good on me
but i remember this girl from a long time ago who was really good with makeup did mine and she used like i think a white eyeliner or a white shadow under my eyes and then she did some other stuff and for the first time ever i actually looked really good in makeup!
my prom is coming up next month and i want to look good

can anyone help me with natural light makeup like that or any other tips on what would look good on me?

White or a light pink shadow. If you do a thin coat right under the eyebrow, too, it makes your eyes look brighter and bigger. try a black or dark brown mascara and eyeliner. Then use Urban Decay's liquid silver eyeliner, or something like that, and draw a line on your upper lids right next to the brown/black. Hope I helped!
