Try the Bare Essentials/ bare minerals. There products are good for the skin, and improve it over time. The new matte foundation absorbs oil and stays on pretty good.Also, inexpensive(cheap) makeup makes skin worse. Its better to spend the money.

Cliniqe has a new foundation for oily/acne prone skin. I've read some good reviews.

In terms of budget-friendly makeup for oily acne-prone skin,Hands down, I'd recommend Revlon Colorstay in Oily/Combination formula , It stays put literally all day and doesn't leave you looking like an oil slick, I also heard that the Neutrogena Healthy Skin liquid makeup is great too, (supposedly the "exact" dupe of the well known NARS Sheer Glow Foundation) I've never tried it before but I love my NARS foundation and have faith in the Neutrogena foundie!!
All in all, from my experience please get Revlon Colorstay, it's inexpensive and it's got amazing quality!

I would recommend Acneace!!!!
I used it, and after 1 months, my acne was COMPLETELY gone!
