I want an over the top photo shoot...clothes makeup hair....like Rihanna/Beyonce shoot.

Call a local well know modeling agency like the Campbell Modeling agency and ask for photo and makeup reccommendations. They are a reputable agency and they will have great contacts.
Also call your highend stores or small boutiques and ask them who they use. I hope that helps.
