i have decided to go all natural with my hair. which should i use mane n' tale(horse shampoo) or a shampoo that contains peppermint? i have heard good things about both.which is better and has better results? Can i use both? where can i find peppermint? please help me long hair has always been my dream!!:)

Both are good. Peppermint stimulates the scalp which in turn causes hair growth. You could just buy some Peppermint Essential Oil and add it to your shampoo.

Mand n Tail! I used it when I was 16 and was able to grow my hair down to my tush. *nods* Of course, I keep it short now. But it's a great shampoo- Be sure you use conditioner, as it dries your hair out. Good luck!
