I want to use simple teeth whitening. I heard they have strips in the supermarket, How do you use them and which one is best. I'm low on cash and dont want to go to the dentist. Any advice with experience on teeth whitening? Easy and affordable? Best brand?

try brushing with baking soda-taste gross but it works and its cheap

I used Crest Plus Whitening strips. You use them for 10 days, twice a day for 30 minutes each time. Wasn't worth the $29 it cost. I've brushed with plain baking soda before and it worked as well as the Crest strips, and cost $1.

Cheap and easy and it works...mix a some baking soda with hydrogen peroxide to form a paste and use that to brush your teeth.
