I am only 14 and my teeth are extremely yellow, a deep shade.
But my dads were too and he had really naturally yellow teeth, and i have this too.
It isnt fair, I brush my teeth properly and I have had really yellow teeth all my life and they just keep getting yellower and yellower over the years. Its really getting me down because everyone else has really white teeth.
I cant afford to get a proper teeth whitening product and I have braces on at the moment.
Can anyone suggest anyway I can get my teeth whitened really cheaply, eg a cheap home whitetning kit? Thanks.

I have heard this works, but I am not sure . . . worth a try though.

Mix a bit of apple cider vinegar with baking soda and salt to form a paste. Brush with that once a week. Don't do it everyday, it's too harsh on your teeth.

What good would whitening do with braces on? Wait till you get them off and ask your orthodontist.

Crest is good! no matter what days (2 weeks or 7 days) they work great!

I use whiting strips, but i dont know if you can use them with braces.
and use whiting tooth paste, & whiting mouth wash
multiple times a day.
Also, you could get them bleached.

Ask your dentists advice on teeth whitening, he may recommend something.. Also make sure you dont have a defincency, like calcium which can cause yellowing of the teeth.. Your dentist should advise you on this aswell..

listerine has a pre-brush whitening mouth wash, works like a charm, use it 2 twice a day and will notice results within 2 weeks

It only cost 4 or 5 dollars at walmart

Since you have braces it is hard to whiten with strips and stuff like that. I recommend using new Crest 3D White toothpaste along with the mouthwash. Using them both 2x a day will show great results within 2 weeks, if you keep using it for the rest of your life it will keep them whiter. Also try talking to your dentists about it because if you have coverage they can whiten them their. The truth is when you loose your baby teeth they are never white anymore. Most people bleach them. So you can find the Crest 3D Whitening toothpaste and mouthwash at Target or the grocery store

Do you eat a lot of products with sugar in such as Coka Cola, coffee, tea, chocolate, etc? This really doesn't help and these should be minimized if possible. Also, brushing your teeth after meals will help. Speak to your dentist once your braces are off and then weight up your options.

Okay im 14 too. No idea why but here's what you can do. You know those plate things they give you at the dentist? Well you can make your own by getting a mouth guard in the sports section of like Walmart for like 99 cents. You buy dental cleaner for like $5 and then you put it in the BOILED mouth guard, form it to your teeth before putting in the cleaner, then keep it in for like 2 min. You can reuse it. It's sooo easy I do it in the shower every day before school.
