Why do I have red bumps on my chest and neck?

I have a few red bumps that almost look like acne on my chest and just recently a few are on my neck ... it might be from the perfume I use. How can I get rid of them? Any home remedies?

stop using the perfume and wait it out.
to think we lived millions of year without medicine and survived...
