If that first picture is really you may I say you are really pretty. You should reconsider on keeping the long hair. But if you really want to get it short, do the one like the picture you put of Rihanna.

The second or third hairstyle would work good with your hair. I'm not too sure about the first, but then again you said you would stay brunette, so maybe that would make it look better.
